Charlotte Betts has won the YouWriteOn.com Adult Fiction Book of The Year 2010. She's also landed a two book deal with Little Brown. Isn't that great?
And the Children's Fiction Book of the Year 2010 goes to...um...me!
It's rather exciting. I even get a mention here alongside Charlotte (although you have to read down a bit to get to my part).
I'm quite chuffed. Now all I need is the two book deal!

(I haven't been to YWO for ages, I'm ashamed to say. It took eighteen months for my first novel 'Starquest' to get published after acceptance, by which time I'd submitted my second and since then promoting has taken up so much time, I've not even had time to finish my third novel yet - although I did write a novella for an antholgy) so I'll have to visit again.)
Anyway, I'm so thrilled for you, that's fantastic news!
